. . Mom and dad don't like onions and garlic so I left those out but I can't wait to try them with onions and garlic! I don't have a home grill nor I want to fry them in oil. I replaced the seasoned bread crumbs with 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan and added a little oregano, parsley and basil. Place zucchini on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender. My family loved them, even my picky 4-year old! Recipe look great .can i used ground chicken instead of turkey? my 8 year old is so picky and she ate 2 and a half patties!!! They just melt in your mouth. In love! I messed up the onion rings but I know what to do next time! This is my go to recipe for burgers and my husband loves them too! I like to use all white meat ground turkey but can end up with a dry burger. Put zucchini on the grill and cook about 4-5 minute per side until the zucchini softens and is charred to your liking.
